The following terms and conditions will apply to all transactions on the Absolute Exclusive website. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. These terms and conditions may change at any time without notice to you. Do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, specifications and photographs are correct. However, while colour production is a close representation, light variations in the actual goods may occur. Gemstone colours may vary slightly from those shown due to the nature of the gemstones used. In rare cases when a specific bead or fastening is not available Absolute Exclusive reserves the right to replace them with ones of equal size and quality.
Absolute Exclusive’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by them to the customer. Absolute Exclusive shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.
Ordering and Payment
The price that you pay for each item will be displayed in UK pounds on the website at the time your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. When paying for your goods using a credit/debit card, you will be passed through to PayPal to complete payment. Absolute Exclusive will not have access to your credit/debit card details.
Delivery and Dispatch
Absolute Exclusive aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Should there be a delay with any order, we will keep you fully informed.
Delivery to UK addresses will be sent by Royal Mail, First Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature. Delivery will only be made to the address given at the time of the order unless, we are notified of a change of address prior to dispatch.
Each order will be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a organza bag. It is possible to box items if they are a gift. Please contact Absolute Exclusive by email to discuss if you require this service. We are happy to include a handwritten gift message for you and will sent it with your order to the gift recipient.
All items under £50.00 for UK delivery are posted Royal Mail Signed For 1st class at a flat rate cost of £2.50 (this does not guarantee next day delivery), any item over £50 will be delivered Royal Mail Special Delivery at a flat rate cost of £5.00 (this guarantees delivery by 1pm the day after postage). Both methods require a signature. Absolute Exclusive is not responsible for any errors or delays caused by the Royal Mail.

Absolute Exclusive will refund an order or exchange an item if they are informed by email quoting the order number supplied to you within 14 days from the date of delivery. The goods should be returned unworn and in their original packaging. We do recommend that you request a certificate of posting from the Post Office if you return goods. The cost of delivery will not be refunded. However, if you are returning an item because it is damaged or faulty, Absolute Exclusive will refund your postage costs. We process the refund directly within 48 hours of receipt to your payment card, in no more than 30 days.
For hygiene reasons, Absolute Exclusive regrets that, unless faulty, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned.
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt. A replacement order will take approximately 2-3 days for delivery. If an item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund.
